AYUNTAMIENTO DE SAN MIGUEL DE SALINAS
Se comunica a todos los Presidentes de Urbanizaciones sitas en el término municipal de San Miguel de Salinas que el Ayuntamiento, consciente de la problemática existente en nuestras urbanizaciones con el servicio de reparto de correo, a causa de la dispersión de viviendas y al objeto de preservar una estética acorde con el entorno paisajístico del mismo y, junto con las Concejalías de Urbanismo, Hacienda y la colaboración de Obras y Servicios, quiere efectuar un estudio para la división del territorio con baterías de buzones pluridomiciliarios, según las necesidades en las distintas zonas.
El Ayuntamiento de San Miguel de Salinas asumirá el coste de los buzones, la titularidad del servicio y la instalación en los diferentes puntos concertados previamente con la empresa de Correos. Además actuará como intermediario entre Correos y los vecinos solicitantes del alta en el servicio de reparto a través de buzones concentrados pluridomiciliarios (BCP).
Para ello se fijará un precio público que será, aproximadamente, de 120 € por buzón, por un plazo de 15 años y una fianza de 30 €. Al término de ese tiempo se podrá solicitar prórroga de 5 años por un importe total de 40 €.
Por todo ello rogamos colaboren con el Ayuntamiento y comuniquen a sus vecinos el objeto del estudio y su precio.
Las personas interesadas deberán comunicar al Presidente de su urbanización la intención de solicitar un BCP aportando su nombre, dirección y DNI.

Information to all Presidents of Urbanisations in the San Miguel district
The Town Hall is well aware of the problems resulting from the mail delivery to the different urbanisations which are scattered around the municipal area. Therefore the Town Hall would like to investigate if the setting up of communal letter boxes in the many areas were possible and useful. This study would be done in agreement with the departments of „Urbanismo“ and „Hacienda“ as well as in cooperation with „Obras y Servicios“.
The Town Hall of San Miguel de Salinas would pay the costs, be the owner of the communal letter boxes, take over their acquisition and be responsible for the installation in the different places. These places would have been approved by the post office priorily. Further the Town Hall would act as contact between the post office and the residents who are interested in registering for the delivery of their mail to such communal letter boxes.
The rent would be approx. 120 Euros (plus a deposit of 30 Euros) for a period of 15 years. As soon as the term expires it could be renewed for another 5 years by paying 40 Euros.
You are kindly requested to cooperate with the Town Hall on this issue and to inform the owners of your urbanisation on the aim and purpose of this study as well as the price.
All residents who are interested in renting such a letter box should contact the President of their urbanisation giving their name, address and NIE-number.

Mitteilung an alle Präsidenten der Urbanisationen auf San Miguel Gebiet
Das Rathaus ist sich der Probleme bewusst, die aufgrund der verstreut liegenden Wohnein-heiten bei der Postzustellung bestehen. Das Rathaus möchte deshalb in Absprache mit den Ressorts für „Urbanismo“ und „Hacienda“ sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ressort „Obras y Servicios“ in einer Studie prüfen, ob die Aufstellung von Sammelbriefkästen in den einzelnen Gebieten möglich und sinnvoll ist.
Das Rathaus San Miguel de Salinas würde die Kosten tragen und der Eigentümer der Briefkästen sein, deren Anschaffung übernehmen sowie für ihre Aufstellung an den verschiedenen Orten sorgen, wobei die Aufstellungsorte vorher mit der Postverwaltung abgesprochen würden. Ausserdem würde das Rathaus als Kontakt zwischen Postamt und Anwohnern fungieren, die sich für ihre Postzustellung an solche Sammelbriefkästen anmelden möchten.
Der Mietpreis für eine Dauer von 15 Jahren würde pro Briefkasten ca. 120 € betragen plus einer Kaution von 30 €. Nach Beendigung dieser Mietdauer könnte man gegen eine Zahlung von 40 € um weitere 5 Jahre verlängern.
Wir bitten Sie, in dieser Angelegenheit mit dem Rathaus zusammenzuarbeiten und Ihre Eigentümer über den Zweck der Studie sowie den Preis zu informieren.
Alle Anwohner/Eigentümer, die an der Anmietung eines solchen Briefkastens interessiert sind, sollten sich bei dem Präsidenten ihrer Urbanisation melden unter Angabe ihres Namens, Anschrift und NIE-Nummer.
